Vintage 1940s Wm. Fielding Original wide brim cartwheel hat, black, seemingly made of a fuzzy fur-felt. Bow ribbon around the rim with cute glass and plastic beads: lady bugs, stars, flowers, leaves, etc. Tagged size 22. Interior diameter is approximately 7.5 x 6.75 . Brim is 5 at widest point. Great condition; only noticeable flaw is that the interior band has come unglued (easy fix).
