This is a popular vintage lens, the Carl Zeiss Distagon 35mm F2.8 T* (AEJ version) for Contax/Yashica mount cameras. It's an AEJ type with the green "22" marking, made in Japan, with a serial number in the 74xxxx range. Features T* coating.
Operation has been confirmed, and there are no issues with taking photos.
