Antique Framed Print L'illustrateur Des Dames 12.5"x9.5" Paris French Fashion

I am selling this framed print as it is. I'm sure you could tell much more about it if you took the backing off the picture frame. Please see photos for what is written on the back of the frame as far as the provenance of this item. I am nowhere near educated enough to know anything about it then I am saying right now. This item is being sold as is. As far as using it for a decorative piece, it certainly has a lot of charm. The photo of the blemish in the frame shows a small nick in the bottom, right hand corner. The print itself appears to be in decent condition, but again you would have to take the backing off and take it out to thoroughly examine it. There may be a signature.
