Air Jordan 5 Retro Low "Chinese New Year 2021"

The Air Jordan 5 Low “Chinese New Year 2021” is a special makeup of Michael Jordan’s fifth signature shoe for the traditional holiday. Released by Jordan Brand in January 2021, the “Chinese New Year” colorway appears on the Air Jordan 5 Low for the first time and, as you can see, the results are consistent with all of the great “Chinese New Years” designs created by Nike in years past. When worn away, the Sail canvas upper reveals a hidden colorway for a completely new vibe. Blazing Chile Red accents can be found on the upper and lower eyelet panels as well as on the sock liner and on the Jumpman embroidery on the black reflective tongue. The phrase “ACTION” can be seen layered beneath the translucent white netting on the medial side of the shoe—the lateral side displays the traditional Jordan 5 look. On the back, Jordan Brand places Chinese New Year-specific embroidery in place of Jumpman branding. A small clear Air window in the heel of the vintage inspired cream midsole finishes off the look.
